2007 Dodge Ram 3500 Laramie 4x4 Megacab. This is an awesome truck. Only 69, 275 miles- this Diesel is just getting broken in!
Leather Heated Seats, Power Driver and Front Passenger seats, Navigation, Satellite, 6disc in-dash CD player, Tow Package, Heated Mirrors, Power rear Slider, Power windows/locks.
After purchase, I added a few things:
Most impressive- an 8 foot bed! That's right, just as Dodge should have made it, a Megacab with a LONGBED! They never came from the factory in this configuration. This was a $8k project

5" Stainless turbo back exhaust
Air Compressor- 5 gallon tank With Train Horns!! These things are LOUD. (Also installed a kill switch, to have a "city" horn.) Can also be used for air tools, tires, etc.

Fifth wheel Hitch Mount
Spray in bedliner
Soft tonneau cover

This thing rides better than new!
I always used synthetic oil, usually Amsoil.
