Because of a resent passing this one owner Impala SS 396 will be sold to the highest bidder. It has been stored in a dry climate for the last 25 years in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The miles are an original 58, 662. The title reflects the original purchase as June 09, 1967 and has always been a local Oklahoma vehicle. This is an original SS 396 Chevrolet Impala convertible with the numbers matching drive train. The drive train has never been rebuilt nor apart. The vehicle is RUST FREE, excluding a little bubbling around the rear wheel wells from what appears from the rear fender skirts. The floors, the trunk and the frame are rust free with hardly even any surface rust. The Impala was repainted in the 80's from Seafoam Green to Chevrolet Orange and I have no idea why. The paint job is no bad for an 80's paint job, but is far from perfect. The interior is all original. The top was replaced once in the late 80's and is in great condition. The Impala has factory air conditioning, automatic transmission, power steering and brakes. It has factory bucket seat and console. All the glass appears to be original and excellent shape. The only dent is on the left rear corner and is pictured. Some original papers go with the car and more may be found as the family cleans out the deceased house. The Impala has not been started and has only been pulled from 25 years of storage to moved to Kansas City. Anyone is welcome to come inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. PLEASE SEND MY YOUR EMAIL IF YOU WANT ORIGINAL PICTURES OF THESE NUMBERS. WE'RE FINDING SOME ORIGINAL PAPERWORK FOR THE CAR AND WILL CONTINUE TO LOOK.
